We had a wonderful stay at a 5-star hotel in Zermatt. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, making check-in easy. Our room had an very nice view of the Matterhorn, worth every penny. The room itself was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked mini bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the famous mountain. I was able to capture breathtaking photos of the stars from my balcony. The breakfast buffet served in a magical Swiss setting was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided useful maps of the area.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location is superb, the service is top-notch, and the room amenities are fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and personal approach of the staff was amazing. They guided us on exploring the city and were very hospitable. The fine view from our room on the 4th floor was a highlight, with a clear view of the Matterhorn. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, with lots of closet space and hooks to hang things. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was relatively close to the train station and next to the local bus stop. We could easily walk to the station or to signed walks. The breakfast was amazing, with a good selection of items. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and heated spa, were great. the hotel offered transportation to and from the railway if required.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to the Gornergrat Train station. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a well-stocked mini bar, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The staff provided excellent service, with warm and polite interactions. The breakfast offered a delicious spread of options, including cold cuts and hot dishes. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel lacked flexibility in terms of check-out times.
